Hi, I'm Natalie, and today Veritas Health is going to show you a gentle inner leg stretch for Hip Osteoarthritis Pain relief.

If this stretch increases your hip pain, please stop and consult with your medical provider. To do this stretch, put your feet a little bit wider than hip width apart.

You're then going to shift your weight over to one leg, looking for a gentle stretch through the inside of your thigh.

If you need a hand on a counter or a chair as you do this, that can help you get into a more comfortable stretch. Hold for about 30 seconds and then shift your weight to the other leg to stretch the other hip. You can work your way up to performing 30 seconds three times on each side.

To learn a more advanced version of this stretch, or to learn more about hip osteoarthritis pain relief, please visit us at Arthritis-health and be sure to subscribe to our channel for more videos like this one.

Thank you for watching.
