Hi, I'm Natalie, and today Veritas Health is gonna show you an inner leg stretch for hip osteoarthritis pain relief. If this stretch increases your hip pain or causes any other pain, please discontinue and consult with your medical provider. To do this stretch, you can either sit on the floor or on your bed, wherever you're the most comfortable.

Your feet together out in front of you and then you're gonna put your elbows on your knees, lean forward, gently pushing your legs apart, and leaning forward until you feel a gentle stretch through the inside of your thighs.

Hold this stretch for about 30 seconds. You can sit up, take a break, and then repeat three times total.
